    Hi, Milan.

    I definitely want to sign-up for your Chronic Pain Workshop but can attend only on Mondays at 10:30 a.m. due to tai chi class every Tuesday night from 6-7 p.m. So, here’s hoping for Mondays.

    I recently completed Milan’s Meditation for Chronic Pain Workshop. This workshop far exceeded my expectations which I attribute to Milan’s extensive knowledge, methodology of presentation, and a personality perfectly suited to teach and instruct.

    This workshop is beneficial for not only those with chronic pain but to all of us out there who need to take a little time to learn how to relax. In addition to the relaxation benefit, it is also a form of physical exercise that encompasses gentle yoga poses and stretching. The benefits it has for stiffness of any body part is remarkable. As long as you can get on and off the floor, you can do it.

    Techniques learned in this workshop can be incorporated into one’s daily life with ease, such as unlearning stress, unlearning pain response, proper breathing, moving your body with much more ease and comfort, and increasing flexibility and balance. You WILL see and feel a difference immediately.

    One may ask, “How can something so easy be beneficial?” My response is, no one has to go to a gym, fitness club, etc. to stay in shape. No one has to participate in exercise videos to stay in shape. Staying in shape does not have to be difficult or an added stress. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with the gym, fitness club, and exercise videos, but if you are at a point in your life where you are doing nothing to manage pain except rely on medication, you’re doing nothing to combat stress, you’re doing minimal to no moving about and stretching, please consider this workshop. The BEST way to unlearn stress and pain responses is to give the mind AND body healthier responses to practice.

    I could continue on and on about the benefits of this workshop, but I will end now simply by thanking Milan for taking the time to offer me a gift that will never become old, will never get worn-out or break; and will never have to be discarded. This is a gift that keeps on giving.
