Okay – Take Two…

Having already started a blog, and then in a stroke of amateur madness, I wiped out all the work I had done.  So, though I’m sure its evident, you now know that this is all new for me.

But I am trying again, because I welcome the chance for more people to view and benefit from what I find has been the single most satisfying activity in my life: yoga…breath…the world would be a better place if we all took the time to breathe.

Breath is the essence of ourselves , without it, we cease to exist. And yet, how many times do we simply forget to breathe. So here I am, big exhale and I start all over again 🙂
